These terms govern use of SunKoiWish apps, games, and related services. Effective date: 2024-03-04.
Use of the apps and services
By downloading or using a SunKoiWish app or service, you agree to these terms. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the apps except where explicitly permitted by law or by SunKoiWish.
All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and related intellectual property associated with the apps remain the property of SunKoiWish.
Service changes and pricing
SunKoiWish may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue apps and services at any time. If pricing is introduced for a service, that change will be made clear before charges apply.
Users are responsible for maintaining secure access to their devices and understanding any data or roaming charges imposed by their mobile or internet providers.
Third-party providers
Use of third-party providers is subject to their own terms and conditions in addition to these terms.
Liability and updates
SunKoiWish aims to keep services useful and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or accuracy at all times. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SunKoiWish is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from reliance on or inability to use the service.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
